What is The Walk?

I’m just another guy looking to make a difference in the world and to relay the most important message of all: it’s okay to not be okay. I do this while doing what I enjoy most—walking.

My team and I have walked some incredible distances, ranging from Wales to Scotland (400 miles), and from Preston to Tamworth (100 miles). We’ve walked mountains, rivers, and long open roads, all while creating content for social media and speaking openly and honestly about the struggles we’ve faced—and how we’ve tackled them with the right support.

Mental health is close to our hearts and is our main focus. We love everyone, and we want anyone who doesn’t feel okay to get the right help, feel supported, and reach their full potential.
